Cold Feet IPA
Cold IPA · Alc. 6,5% vol. 33cl

Beer is actually pretty fascinating. With hundreds of different styles out there, it can be tricky to navigate the craft beer jungle – especially if you’re not a full-blown beer nerd.

At the most basic level, there are two main types of beer: ale and lager. Ales are top-fermented at warmer temperatures, while lagers are bottom-fermented at cooler temperatures – around 10–12°C. The difference in taste usually comes down to the yeast: ales often develop fruity, expressive flavors, while lagers are known for being clean, crisp, and more neutral in character. We could get into malt and hop varieties too, but that’s a whole different rabbit hole.

A Cold IPA is a unique style that uses both ale and lager yeast in an attempt to combine the best of both worlds. You get the fruity brightness from the ale yeast, and the crisp, clean finish from the lager side.

Is it any good, you might ask? Well – since taste is famously subjective, we’ll let you be the judge. But if you ask us, we’re pretty proud of this one.
